With interiors by Jamie Gernert, this custom British Colonial Style, Winter Park, FL. home, features West Indies architectural influences. Inside, the open-concept interiors are very current and it’s perfect for the modern family life. A small, but well-designed backyard with pool completes this inspiring Florida home.

Upstairs, you will find a laundry room concealed with custom barn doors.

This home was staged and the washer and dryer weren’t installed at the time these photos were taken. Despite that, I thought this laundry room offers a great layout and I hope it inspires some of you.

The hallway leads to a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite.

Paint color continues to be Benjamin Moore Simply White on walls and Sherwin Williams Pure White on ceiling.
Master Bathroom
The master bathroom is divided into three parts: water closet, vanity are and shower. Great usage of space!
Vertical Board & Batten
This bathroom also features vertical board and batten wall paneling and herringbone floor tile.
Master shower floor: 12×24 Grey Tile in Herringbone Pattern.
